Real work, with support that lasts

Most adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities want to work and contribute, yet fewer than one in five have a job. When school supports end at age 22, many people face isolation and limited options.

At GET Café we take a different approach. People train and work in a real coffee shop with real customers. Support is individualized, therapeutic, and available for as long as it’s needed, not cut off after a few months. The result is skills, confidence, relationships, and a stronger community for everyone.

More than a paycheck

Employment here is more than a paycheck. It offers purpose, growth, and belonging. Customers get great coffee and a welcoming place to gather. Neighbors see what’s possible when a community makes room for everyone.
